Fondant Potatoes

Ingredients:
300g Maris Piper Potatoes
Knob of Butter
1 Bay Leaf
2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled
150ml Chicken/Veg Stock

Method:
1. Peel potatoes and cut into thick slices.
2. Fry in a pan with butter until golden.
3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Increase the heat untill all of the stock evaporates and serve.
