Pizza Dough

The simplest and easiest 'proper' pizza dough there is to make! You can top this, once rolled out, with any sauce and pizza toppings, oh and don't forget the cheese!

Ingredients:
650g strong white bread flour
7g sachet of yeast
2tsp salt
25ml olive oil
50ml warm milk
325ml warm water

Method:
1. Mix flour, yeast and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir in the olive oil, water and milk, mixing well to form a soft dough (you might need to use your hands at this point!)
3. Turn out dough onto onto floured work surface and knead for 5 mins, until smooth and elastic. Transfer to a clean bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and leave to rise for about 1 1/2 hrs.
4. When dough has risen, knock it back then knead again until smooth, roll into a ball and leave in the bowl for another 30mins.
5.Use the dough straight away, or freeze.
