Creamy Spinach

Ingredients:
300g Spinach Leaves
25g Butter
1 Garlic clove, peeled and finely chopped
4tbsp Cream Cheese

Method:
1. Add the spinach and a little water in a pan.
2. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan
4. Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in cream cheese.
6. Add spinach, season and mix before serving.
