Fudge Cupcake Icing

Ingredients:
400g icing sugar
50g softened butter
4 tablespoons caramel toffee sauce (dulce de leche)
2 dessert spoons water
A couple of handfuls of small fudge pieces
Icing sugar, to garnish

Method:
1. Mix the icing sugar, butter, dulce de leche and water in a bowl until smooth.
2. Spoon the icing mixture into a piping bag and pipe swirls ontop of your cakes.
3. Finish off by sprinkling the small fudge pieces ontop and dusting with icing sugar for a proffesional finish!
