250g Self Raising Flour
90g Butter
90g Soft Brown Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
125g Raisins
1 Egg
Method:
1. Rub the butter and flour in a mixing bowl until it looks like fine breadcrumbs.
2. Mix in the sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
3. Beat the egg in another bowl then add it to the mixture, then mix well with a fork
4. Squeeze the mixture together into a ball.
5. Grease the baking tray.
6. Form heaps of the mixture onto the tray.
7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, leave to cool then enjoy!
Top Tip: Swap the raisins for sugar strands, chocolate chips, hundreds and thousands and more to make different flavour cakes!
